Female Condoms
These are made from a non latex material, with added lubricant. Just like the male condom, they help to stop the spread of STI’s as well as preventing unwanted pregnancies.
Female condoms are a barrier method of contraception, collecting sperm and ejaculate within it. They often need a bit of practice to use properly, and going to chat to someone at CaSH or HYPA is a good idea.

3 things to check before you open the packet:
- Expiry date, never use a condom that is out of date
- CE mark or British kite mark Add in relevant graphics
- The packet- is it torn or crumpled? If so don’t use it as the condom inside maybe damaged.
